Admission Requirement

​To be considered for admission, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• ​Applicants must be at least 17 years of age

• Students under the age of 18 are required to provide written consent from a parent or legal guardian.​

• The applicant must provide the school with an official high school diploma, transcript, or GED.

• The applicant must submit original immunization record.

• The applicant must have a passing score on the entrance test. The score of 17 or above is required to enter a program at VitaPath Healthcare Academy. The Louisiana Proprietary School Commission has recommended that all proprietary schools utilize a standardized admissions test as part of the admissions criteria.

• The applicant must agree and sign the terms of the Enrollment Contract/Payment Plan Contract.
